WHO I AM
Hi, I’m Sagar Kumar — A Management professional with nearly a decade of hands-on experience across large-scale infrastructure, metro rail, highways, mining, water, and urban development projects. I currently work as Assistant General Manager, System Management at Arcus Technical Services Pvt. Ltd., where I bridge the gap between engineering excellence, quality assurance, and digital transformation.
My career began on the ground, working deep inside execution-heavy environments such as Delhi Metro, Bhopal Metro, NCRTC (RRTS), dams, tunnels, viaducts, and highways. Those early years shaped my understanding of construction quality at the most practical level — materials, concrete mix design, inspections, testing, compliance, and documentation. Over time, this site-centric exposure evolved into a corporate quality leadership role, where I now design systems rather than just follow them.
